By accessing or using the pages in this website in any manner, you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out therein and are bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the rights to modify the terms and we advise that you review the terms and conditions page from time to time to understand any changes made. Your continued use shall constitute your consent to any changes made.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the rights to revise product description, price and cease product availability at any time.

If the products are not available after your orders has been processed online, we will inform you via email or any other means of communication provided by you at the time the order was made. In the event where we are unable to fulfil your order, a refund will be credited. Customers will be informed as well if they would accept exchange of products of the same value.

Fulfilment will only be done once we have received payment approved via Paypal or bank transfer. 

We do not accept any cancellation or amendments of orders once payment has been confirmed. Therefore, please check your items before proceeding to payment.

Shipping

All products purchased are delivered via a third party service provider. As such, we will not be held liable for any loss and damage once the items has been transferred to the third party service provider.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted upon 30 days from the date of purchase online only with valid reason prior to return. This include goods received that are damaged, defected or incorrect that is not due to shipping. We will only accept returns in our warehouse at 20 Bukit Batok Crescent, #05-17, Enterprise Centre, Singapore 658080 during Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 5pm.
